- I am not a managed service. I help your people build the capability, then I step back.
- I do not sell licences for tools I haven't used myself.
- I do not replace your in-house IT or development function. I work alongside it.
- If a request doesn't fit, I will tell you and point you to someone who can help.
- I am applying for the Anthropic Claude Partner Network and use Claude daily. Even so, I will tell you when Microsoft Copilot is the right answer. For most Microsoft 365 customers it is the right primary investment, and Claude or Perplexity add specific capabilities where Copilot is weaker.

Thirty-five years. One insight.
I have spent thirty-five years in technology, across IT management, software consultancy, Scrum delivery, and ERP and CRM implementations. What I have from that is a toolbox: patterns that work, patterns that don't, the judgement to tell which is which, and the experience to spot what isn't working before it costs you.
I've watched the same story play out with new technology many times: the tool gets hyped, people get told to adapt, and the value never quite lands. AI is the most powerful technology I've worked with, and the one most prone to this pattern. So I built Mv32 the other way round: people first, technology second, with AI as an assistant, not a replacement.
This is the working method I coach and deliver, and I build software around it. I work solo today and bring in trusted associates for specific engagements.
